OR

The OR function returns TRUE if any argument is TRUE, and returns FALSE if all arguments are FALSE.

Syntax​

=OR(logical1, [logical2], ...)

Parameters​

  • logical1: The first condition to evaluate
  • logical2, ...: Optional. Additional conditions to evaluate

Examples​

=OR(TRUE, FALSE) // Returns TRUE
=OR(FALSE, FALSE) // Returns FALSE
=OR(5>3, 2<1) // Returns TRUE
